Battle of the Books 2026 March 2nd to May 4th
Your favorite book title will battle March Madness style. Will your favorite make it to the championship round? Help us set the bracket, click here form to enter you favorite title from the Classic Period: 1865 to 1945 and the Contemporary Period 2015 to 2020.
NewLanders Concert Saturday, April 18th at 6:30pm at the New Florence Methodist Church
To help celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, the Library is partnering with the local Methodist church to bring a FREE concert. During this one hour program, Paula Purnell and Gerard Rohlf will take the audience on a musical tour, highlighting songs written by and about the inhabitants of western Pennsylvania, including native Seneca people, early European settlers and workers of the industrial age. Playing a variety of instruments and telling fascinating stories along the way, this joyful presentation will provide lots of opportunities for interaction and singing along.
Seed Library Week Saturday, April 18th to Saturday, April 25th. During normal Library operating hours.
