Book Sales
Patrons have been wonderful with their book donations to the Library. What books we can use in the collection may be put in. What we can’t use in the Library collection will be put in our book sale.
The Library has a Mini-Monthly book sale where we rotate each month gently used books for purchase. prices are generally $1 for hardbacks and tradebacks, 50¢ for mass paperbacks, unless otherwise marked.
The Big Book sales occur in the late spring and the fall. During these sales we will have a wide variety of books and other items taking up most of our table space for several weeks. These weeks will have regular pricing, then a $2 a bag, the a $1 a bag.
$2 Quick Ticket
Several times a year the New Florence Community library offers a chance to win $500. These ticket chances are $2 and contain two 3-digit numbers. Only 500 tickets will be sold. The winning number numbers will be based on the Pennsylvania Lottery number that is drawn on the date and time listed on the ticket chance.
Get your ticket chances early because they sell out. Stop by the library or see a board member. Occasionally there will be ticket sales at Ideal Market and some tickets can be purchased at the Robinson VFW and Bigginz Restaurant.
Particulars: The $500.00 will come in the form of a check and the winner will need to come to the library to pick it up. We will call you when the check is ready. Not Responsible for Typographical Errors. Bonus number does NOT qualify. Void after 30 days. If the winning ticket is not sold, we reserve the right to use the previous day’s number reversed.

Get new books for kids and teens and have them shipped to you!
During the 14 days of the book fair the Library will receive 25% of your total purchase. When a book fair is not going on, the bookstore will still be open for purchases. During this time the Library will make 15% on your purchases.
