Directions:
From the South:
From Ligonier take 711 North. When 711 turns and makes a sharp right at the center of New Florence, (First Nationals Bank on left corner, gas station on right corner), go straight, under the railroad underpass. Go two block to Seventh Street. The library is on the left, just past Town Park.

From the West:
On Route 22, go East past Blairsville. Take the PA 259 ramp. Continue until you come to a Y. Turn left onto Mulligan Hill Road. This will bring you to a railroad crossing. Go straight across the railroad crossing and then a long bridge. Go 1 ½ blocks. The library is on your right.
